Never heard of an ebow until right now.  It really gives the guitar a new dimension.  Your track is really atmospheric.  I checked out the page you suggested.  I see Jimmy Page used one.  Sounds about right. 
I also like your backing guitar.  The whole thing comes together really well.  Nicely done.
