Great job Pigfarmer. I can't even do a song in a year, I'm recording stuff I have written over the last 30! The lyrics really carry this - you have a great basic idea and it sustains the narrative throughout the whole song. It may be a rough recording but it works as it is - the lyrics and your voice carry this. Doesn't need anything else IMO. Great job!

Cheers,

I love the raw feel of this song, you have set a very high standard for the next one!

I personally don't think that anything else should be added to this, it really does sound a top song left as it is.

Wow - Very clean and powerful. The vox and guitar ring strong! Makes me think that I should actually sit down and learn to play before I write songs. Might help me a little!  :D

Anyway, you are off to a great start - Go for the 52! I dare you!

What a way to start.

Fantastic - more than a little Neil Young there to my mind.

Nice songwriting and performance. This has that down-to-earth, sitting around the campfire, whiskey-sipping feel. Reminds me a little of Skynyrd ballads. Good Job!
