Hoo-ray, I got it. I was trying to copy and paste the mp3 file into the message box. Then I was trying to preview it to see if it was captured in the message. But now I know once it's in the browser window you got it and you can't preview it. You must post it then check it. Amazing what you can learn when you read the instructions. That's probably why I had my BR-600 for 2 years before I found out how great a piece of equipment it is. I know, brilliant.
Thanks 64Guitars and Rick for you assistance.
Now about the song "Where I Belong"
This a very simple song about a truck driver dealing with a cheating wife. The music is simple and honestly represents my limited playing ability. But I  worked really hard on the musical arrangement because I didn't want it to detract from the story.

your vid is incredible and very artistic.

it immediately sets the mood of the song and coveys the incredible feeling of loss.

Hi Nelson, sorry I haven't replied for a while but I've been quite busy. I'm currently working on a cover of "New Divide" by Linkin Park. I only started it yesterday but will try to get it up ASAP.

By the way, if you are thinking of getting a mandolin or bass, let me know, I play both, so might be able to advise you as to what to get. My mandolin is a stagg, fairly cheap but, as you've heard, it makes a pretty nice sound.

love the song you posted earlier, some really nice guitar and honest lyrics, nice work!

Hey Nelson,

This tune is AWESOME dude! I really like your voice alot. I would like to do a collaboration acoustic guitar solo one day to this too if you didnt mind. That`s when i figure out alot of things on my mbr and this site...lol I`m a newbie too.
You should repost this song into a new thread in new songs. People might not see it in here. Peace out my friend!

Nice choice, from the transformer movie, huh? I look forward to hearing it. How long have you been playing and are you going to tackle anymore originals?

Thanks, I'm uploading the song momentarily, so go and have a listen. I've been playing cello for 9 yrs, bass for 3 and guitar a bit too (I'm 15 by the way).
I haven't got anything else planned yet, will probably just see what happens!
Thanks for your interest,

OK Gnasty I just gave the new tread in new song thing a try. Hope it worked.
You go to original songs and hit new topic, right?
As far as the collab, Hey I don't mind at all, I don't think.
I've held my babies so close to the breast for so long, it feels strange to say but have at it. It's easy to say" I want to meet other musicians and get new ideas" but it's another thing to actually do it.
So bare with me.

My goodness, what a future you have ahead of you. It is great that you found something you love to do so early in life. And it is also a good idea to play different instruments. If you continue to  work hard at your craft I see nothing but good things in your future. The sky is the limit.
I would say good luck but luck has nothing to do with it. It's drive and commitment and you obviously have plenty of both. So, keep it up Banny
