Hi again

I've been away for a while as my computer died a while back and it took a bit of time to replace it.  Here's a track I threw together called "song of the silent snow".

Thanks for listening and Happy New Year

Exquisite , this site is getting better all the time , you built this track up really nicely Mike , i could invisage this as part of a film score , maybe some fella trying to get to his woman just she is about to leave , and never see her again , isn't this the beauty of music , we all interprete things differently, wonderful , 5*****

Fantastic atmosphere! What instrumentation have you used? I love the feel of this.

Great sounds. Nice build up.
I'm betting a few here could add words to this if you are interested in collaborating.
Not saying it need it however. Sounds fine as is.
Yes a breakdown of instruments would be nice.

I missed this first time round. Great post Mike, I love the ambient feel here are the waves of sound that wash over you. That little repeated keyboard phrase is so effective and atmospheric, and the guitar noodling is great. Do tell us how you did it!

Cheers,

Nigel

This sounds great Mike!!!  It's got me thinking of the times (long ago) walking thru the woods during a blizzard and how totally magical it felt.  The woods were in my backyard, or else I think I would have gotten loss...

This track can put you in a bit of a trance and send your mind off in so many directions - very cool and nice work!!!

Eh... thanks everyone.  I was only having a quick look in on my way to bed and it seems I have something like four songs on the first page.  I think Nigel must have bumped them as he'd mentioned having not heard my earlier stuff.  Cheers for that.
I've got to get to sleep now as I've been awake for about 30 hours.  My sleep pattern is a bit all over the place right now.  Cheers again.

'night everyone.
