Uploading help

I seem to have started the new year off well and I would like to post a track I did over a backer.  But I can't work out how to do it.  I don't use the off site page anymore, do I?  I thought we could upload straight to the new site.  Help, please.

• Create a new topic here: https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?board=93.0
• Fill in the message subject.
• Type your message.
• Click the Browse button under the message editor to specify the location of your MP3 on your computer.
• Click the Post button to upload the MP3 and post your message.
• If the resulting message doesn't quite look as you intended, click the Modify link at the top-right of your message to edit it.
