Killer!  Its unbelievable that you guys could just fall back into such a tight grove so quickly!  It also speaks to the capability of the MBR that you would import export tracks back into it just to mix/master.  Most people would do that on a PC -- but then that takes forever because there are to darn many parameters to possibly fiddle on the computer.

Great job Nigel, you guys sound great. How did it feel playing with your old buddies. Great song and vocals as usual. Keep'm coming

I'm currently working on a song about exploited children. Too bad not much has changed. Except the exploiter have gotten better at it.

Yet another great track.  I agree with Cuthbert - the keyboards have a Stranglers sound which is always a good thing for me.
I'm always out of my depth commenting on the technical side of the production of music (I usually just press record and hope for the best).  I've listened to both versions back and forth and I can hear a difference in the production on the second take.  It is technically better but for some reason I prefer the first one.  But that is just a personal preference.   It's always good to hear people with the knowledge discuss the technical side of things and I am picking up a few tips - slowly.  It must be a great feeling for your band to meet up after such a long time and still produce quality stuff like this.

This is one that I missed during my recent period of neglect.  Thanks, Nigel, for the bump bait. There is a Stranglers feel here.  Great song, and it's already gone to the PiePod.

You may have been thinking of Jodie Foster, but the song is even more relevant now.  Today's teen narcissists (along with their adult enablers) quickly learn what draws the "eyeballs and chatter" (to quote myself), and start dishing it out. The pervs and the celebrity industrial complex are more than happy to reward them for it.

I missed this first time round, so I'm glad it got bumped. It has the frantic energy of The Damned with some Stranglers-style keyboard antics added for good measure. Great driving bass, and real quality all the way through it. I know punk songs are meant to be short, but I would have enjoyed another 2 minutes of this (at least!). This is the good stuff.

I missed it too !!! Even I remember seeing the title and was sure I had commented on it. (hmmm when did you post it ??? ::) )

I LOVE IT !!! Great punkish, but extremely well played, driving fantastic fun, brilliantly produced song !! If all punk where this good .......

Gonna have another listen now!!

Thanx for the compressor tips!

Holy crap is all I can say.  That and the genesis-punk thing really makes sense to me too.  Sound good, sounds vital, sounds real.  I am in awe here.
