Yep - Really cool stuff! Maybe there's no similarity, but it prompted me to dig up some old Ike Willis recordings.

Thank you very much!!  :D

Cool song, nicely produced.

One suggestion - try the lead guitar a little cleaner.  The heavy distortion seems a bit out of place compared with the sweet rhythm part and the R&B licks and the keys.  The riffs are extrememly well played and the distortion get in the way a bit.

Rickocaster

Not only is this VERY entertaining, it's really well done. The instruments sound very professional. Great job!

Nice song to listen to

Two thumbs up !!
I played a drum beat on an old HP computer with a prehistoric Soundblaster Live card that had a mini midi virtual keyboard and used the QWERTY keys. That was crazy, then I just looped the beat. Pretty primitive stuff. I added the bass line--looped also. Then put in all the other instruments like Horns, piano, etc with Sonar. Guitars were played through my Johnson J Station straight in with no EQing.

One of the best things I've heard on here. Brilliant song and concept, sounds utterly amazing and about the only thing that could improve this masterpiece would be the Jordanaires themselves doing some backing vocals. LOVED IT....
