You can't, you can only have up to 50 steps.

Well thats not a good thing. I can`t really shorten the song because it will ruin it in my opinion. And I need different changes at the end.

Sorry to ask this question, but do you have any repeated steps with the same pattern next to each other? If you do, you can combine them into a single step and reduce your total number.

If each step is unique, then you may be able to get what you want by exporting a WAV of only the rhythm track of what you have now, and then create the rest your arrangement, export another WAV, and then import those into a track or stereo pair of tracks.

I made this mistake the first time out as well.

programming the micro BR spun me out for ages til I remembered that our far eastern cousins don't recognise 0 as a starting point, it's always 1. As you build your drum track, write it all down. if you want to, for practice, have a go at this, then you should have it cracked....
 Tempo 122
01: 001    314
02: 002    188
03: 010    194
04: 022    182
05: 030    188
06: 088    314
07: 039    194
08: 047    182
09: 055    188
10: 079    314
11: 080    032
12: 092    188
13: 108    327

      I hope this makes sense.

Or do it externally using something like Hydrogen,
made for linux but they do have a windows version

it will chew up a v-track(s) on the MBR because of its rhythm limitations, wish I had known that when I bought it, would have sprung a few more bucks for the br-600.

Would not be to bad if I could also find a bass generator, then could set up the drums/bass on the PC and upload that as a v-track(s) :)

Ah well live & learn, the MBR is a great little recorder even with that minor inconvenience :D
