New Years Resolution...

What's your musical new year's resolution
Mine inspired by PJ's "Moonflower" ........
Is to add some flavour to my playing by adding new notes to my playing.....
Whilst I love my blues scale I must practice outside it everyday instead of churning out safe blues.......
I'm starting by adding the "Natural minor Scale" to my beloved pentatonic/ blues scales

So be prepared for plenty of Latin/Santanaish stuff from me!

All I can do is just be what I am. And what I am is about making music.

My New Year's resolution is to make lots of good/bad tunes by my own hand. Even if it sucks or does not sound the best to the masses, I will strive to do the best I can do, and I will drink many beers in the process.

That is my New Year's Resolution.

I'm quitting smoking after 20 some years of it, and going to buy some vocal coaching lessons. It's gonna be a tuff one because I really like to have a smoke in my mouth while playing guitar
