--------------hope everyone's Christmas was merry--------------

called it Militant Beat because of it's 3/9 time signature and except for the bass intro, everything else is played on one string.

i also used the Line 6 Roto-Machine pedal i got for Christmas with my yamerhamer keyboard to get the Hammond organ effect that you hear.

That is a really great sound going on here.  I love that bass line and the organ is really nice sounding, that leslie pedal is really great sounding.  Nice one.

Jeez, 3/9 time? That is so jazz that I grew a goatee while listening to it........... As usual mr2cool, that is a pretty damn cool groove. Love that bass sound as well. The Leslie sound is pretty authentic and I know because I played in a band for severak years with a keyboardist that had one of the original all wood Hammonds. Boy, those things were heavy!

BTW - i used haul the equipment for the first band i was and yes... we had a one of those wood Hammond organs.
