"Needle and the Spoon"

Blooby

I'm already climbing the walls while I am away at my brother's house. I tend to wake up several hours before anybody else in my family (3:30 this morning.  I just suck at sleeping.), so I'm bored out of my skull. I've already read 100 pages in my new book, so posting "Needle and the Spoon" by Lynyrd Skynyrd is my next diversion (Was that a noise from the floor above stirring?  Not even a f'ing mouse. But I digress.)

I was listening to my MP3 player and happened upon this laid back version of the Skynyrd tune. It was one of those we played as a goof but kind of liked it in hindsight.

Forgive any clams.

Happy holidays.

Note to self: Add this to the midsummer pit party playlist.

I have been up all night frigging with work stuff - This one is helping ease the pain.

Clams? Where? I'm getting hungry....

Peace,

Mark

If you mean guitar-wise, I am on the humbuckers, doing most of the fills and taking the second solo (on that new Ibanez semi-hollow body).  Everett, the other guitarist, holds everything together on his Strat and takes the first solo.

The clams pain me, but such is life.

Holy moly man, this is dynamite.  Nice tone on that strat, that is perfect, whatever he had dialed in is goooood.  And then the semi-hollow, thats the goods Blooby, that sounds really good.  This is very good, that hammond really does it for me.  I don't hear the clams at all.  It is sweet, sweet, sweet.
