BR shutting down on its own???

Started by sunjess, January 06, 2008, 08:08:30 PM

has anyone had any problems with their BR shutting down on its own? It happened to me twice tonight where I was just using it to practice though some headphones (wasn't playing with effects or recording anything for about 25 min, just practicing scales) and the unit shut down. I am not using a power supply and the batteries are good.  I turned it back on and a bit later the same thing happened. Is there some kind of auto power off if you are not recording or using effects?

Hope my unit isn't busted. I love it

Yes, there is an auto-off feature. It defaults to 10 minutes but you can change it to 5 min or 30 min, or turn the feature off. See page 111 of the Micro BR manual.
