cheers asw and long time no see.

in previous post i mentioned seeing goghs sunflowers, but this painting by paul signac was the first time i was gobsmacked visually
its in the kelvingrove gallery in glasgow i can  stand in front of this one for ages

oh here are the wurdz

I close my eyes

I close my eyes
But I still see
The symmetry
The imagery

It isn't clear
But I don't fear
The energy
The synergy

I don't know
What it means
Or what its
Trying to say
I only know
Its drawing me
Ever closer
In
Mesmerising
Hypnotising
Me............
Tantalising
So surprising
New horizons
To see

I see the lines
And catch the shapes
The energy
The synergy

The patterns shift
The colours lift
The imagery
The symmetry

I don't know
What it means
Or what its
Trying to say
I only know
Its drawing me
Ever closer
In
Mesmerising
Hypnotising
Me............
Tantalising
So surprising
New horizons
To see

I close my eyes
I close my eyes

I close my eyes
I close my eyes

it has been too long,
I have been uninspired lately
its nice to hear good original talent sometimes
to get your brains gears movin
you have inspired me to pick up my pen again
those lyrics really do paint the picture
