Quote from: Pinedog on December 06, 2009, 05:17:43 AMIf you have never heard it (and it is a bit obscure), check out Leo Kottke's "Six & 12 String Guitar" album (also known as the "Armadillo album") It is an absolute masterpiece.

Just Looked up Leo Kottke on you tube...

Holy smokes!  The Guy is amazing!!!

Thanks for the Heads up on him PD!

This might just be another phase of experiments!!  :) Lol

Thanks BB!
Glad you enjoyed the ride!

I Got the guitar for the open Mics....

Sounds OK with an effect run on it... I didn't expect that with a classical...
Pinch Harmonics work on it quite well!!!
LOL!!!

This is immense, Mr T. You've gone into musical hyperdrive. I'm trying to get my head around how you got to this from being in a pub with me a few months ago saying that you 'couldn't really play that much'. Well... either you were being too modest, or you're channeling the spirit of flamenco or something. Incredible!

Thanks Guys!!!!!! :) :) :)

Lol

Thanks Tim....!!

But I Can't really play "That Much"........

In comparison to other people on the site........

I cant read music or Tab..... And don't know many chords by name.....

Classical Guitar on the other hand, just feels easier for me....
And I love the tone!!

I'm not even sure If I could play this stuff when I met you and Nigel at your Gig.....

Plus I was Busy playing Music with Kai.... Classical stuff don't leave much room for Keyboards or drums..... So I never tried it properly before I Wrote "Sol".....

Time on this site is like a Musical diploma for me..... I learn so much from the Music, advice and comments here, that I find my playing improving all the time...

Learned a lot since March........

You've sure come a long way my friend!! But from you're first post here your music has inspired us and made some of us open our eyes for other ways of expressing ourselves.

This is so beautiful and for me it's a wonderful way of saying "PEACE" with music.

Wonderful playing and musicality!  Simple but plenty interesting. You've come so far already, can't wait to see what's ahead.  Also, the 'flamingo guitar' cartoon was a good laugh... thanks for including that.

But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.
