I snapped this in the village of Brading on the Isle of Wight. You have to look at the name of the cottage, lol. I couldn't believe my eyes!!!! This strange, backward village also inspired a song... more on that later. Now, is this deliberate or does the owner have absolutely no idea of the other meaning (it was near the church, after all)...

LOL  I didn't get it either.  Must be an over the pond thing. LOL  So I googled it also.  Learn something new everyday.  I will never think of a bell the same way again.
