Good stuff this Erik, always able to connect to your music. Can't wait to hear this with a vocal to go along with the wonderful musical foundation you have laid down here.

This is rocking man, as my 7 year old son would say, this is Old School.  Wow, very cool stuff.  I really love the feel here, dynamite.  This is gold for sure.  I'm with Greeny on the envy part, you have a way with guitar riffs and fills  that is so great, original sounding, and just so right sounding (I can't seem to get anywhere near to this kind of feel for some reason),  I'd say you have a gift big time.  Good one indeed.

Wow guy's I really appreciate your kind words.

Nigel - That is me playing the bass. It's simple stuff but I think it works well enough.

Greeny - A monstrous compliment coming from you. You can write a catchy riff and one hell of a catchy song, so the envy is reciprocated. Thank you so very much! If you want to try out song vox I wouldn't object.

Dave - I'm humbled by your compliments! Old school Guided by Voices maybe. They certainly have an influence over my music. Thank you so much!

Gritter, Wiley, Tony, Andrew, thank you all. I wasn't sure about this one at first, but it has really grown on me lately.

Wow! This is Indie rockin' for sure. I get an Athens, GA vibe from it if you know what I mean.

Love it!

*'album'....for our younger BR users, this was a term used in the last century to describe a collection of songs that were gathered on one sound carrying unit, made of plastic, 12 inches in width, housed in a large cardboard 'sleeve', usually bearing the name of the 'album' and band blah blah blah (somebody should shut me up.... ;D)

Erik!  Another masterpiece!  This one is definitely a little more toward the mainstream vibe than you usually do, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.  Still indie, though.  Could be a college radio hit!  I like that you recorded bass on this one; I would like the bass louder, please (do I never NOT say that about bass? ;D).  That's a BIG rock guitar sound you have there during the choruses(?).  This song sounds a little like early R.E.M., which to me is a really good thing!  However, I think it rocks a little harder than R.E.M. ever did.  Nice programmed drums too!  All in all, another fine piece of work from one of my favorite artists on the Forum!  You are badass, and we will collaborate, good sir!
