Hello Everyone

I have been a listening only member for a little while and have had my Boss Micro BR for almost a year.  I am very amateur and have left it far too late in life to do anything other than play as best I can for my own enjoyment.  I have performed live once, last June at an open air anti-racism festival in the acoustic tent with a friend of mine.  We did 6 folk/blues songs to a small audience and it was the best and most frightening thing I have ever done.

This track is a very short instrumental test for me to see if I can get a link to box.net files working.  It is my take on the instrumental section of Paul Weller's Wildwood. Recorded on the MicroBR with the rhythm track on the left channel and the lead on the right.  Don't remember using any effects.

Hope to be back soon with some other stuff.

Welcome Lentil, sorry I have no way of listening to this at the moment. I will tomorrow when I get a chance.

We have all left it too late, the thing is, here you can be yourself and not get criticised for it. There are some good supportive people here. Join in, record some stuff and get some feedback. It's never negative. There are some great musicians and others who are at best mediocre (I include myself in the mediocre class). We all get real pleasure out of the work we put into this site. We have a published recording artist, and we have many who are not and who should be.
Keep coming back. It becomes an addiction. It enhances your life. And you get to meet wacky Norwegians and Glaswegians, and Americans and Canadians, and Argentinians and Frenchmen and Dutchmen and Spaniards and wild men of North London. And the odd Yorkshireman.

We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different
