CF card unsupported

Can someone help me with these CF cards, I can't seem to find them anywhere. I just bought 2 of them on Ebay, and they do not work in my BR-864, they are both labled type 1 but one is labled 133x neither one works, where should I look?

ABG - Have you formatted/initialised them within the 864?

Impossible to format, as soon as I insert the card, I get the message:Unsupported card!, then I went to initialize and I get the same message.

Hate to bear any bad news, but it's possible the card isn't compatible - look here:

I hope that the seller will take them back, so I'm assuming I should get 512meg card?

According to the PDF file up to 1 GB is supported - but it must not be a high-speed CF card (should be 45X or slower).

It gets worst, I installed the update for my machine, and now I can't get my BRO. files back in my machine. It's all screwed up.
