Great song and even greater bass playing!! You might be getting people asking you to contribute bass lines to their songs after this!!

I absolutely love this track for many reasons; the production is beautiful, the lyrics, "i'll build you a fire....your the primal desire" amazing! The vocal harmony is solid, The drum arrangement works really well. Part of the reason I like it so much is because it reminds me of Guided By Voices,

one of my all-time favorite bands who have played a huge influence over the music i write. Bravo, this needs to go on your next album! Downloading now and putting it on my mp3 player.

I've never heard of that band, but I love this song. Yes... can hear definite similarities with my stuff, and can see how they were influential on your sound. I'll be checking out some more stuff by them, as they are right up my street. I'm really digging the combination of melodic and abrasive going on. Thanks for sharing!

I keep asking myself why are you not a superstar you are light years better than a lot of the purile shit that seems to be popular...... ???

Tim, this is another really top notch song with absolutely killer production. The clarity of the stereo image and the balance of the instruments is superb, and they all sound great. But this song is particularly good, I love the dynamics and the majestic chorus. And the bass playing is indeed excellent!

Very well done, another one for the Greeny folder.

Cheers,

Nigel

Greeny,

I really liked your song and I'm impressed that it was all done in the BR.  I am a guitar player and I really loved your sound.

Also, as I'm fairly new to recording with the MBR, I'm wondering how long it took you to get so good with the drum programming.  Your drum sound on this song is fantastic.
