This is a great song and your voice is what makes it great! A fine performance...production improvement will come with experience...

turning reverb down to zero on your tracks after they've been bumped and panning them 50L and 50R - as bumps should always go to 2 tracks (stereo).

...will help but you've got songwriting and arrangement skills to boot!

Hey man, don't beat yourself up.

There isn't anything wrong with this song. It might require a little polish, but I think this is a really good song.
Your voice is good, and the melody of the song is really catchy.

Yes an excellent song, well sung.
And I agree with Gritter that a big part of clarity is about the separation you get from panning L&R before and after bouncing.
