Listening to this with headphones is amazing. The definition and clarity! Sounds like a top notch recording studio to my ears. How do you get this so good? Apart from the professionalism of the recording, it goes without saying that it's such a great, superb song - fabulous vocals, guitar, everything about it 100%.
If the human brain was simple enough for us to understand, we'd be so simple, we couldn't...

The dole boy and the rest of the band done good! This is a lovely grower, it builds beautifully and the production is subtle (and in stereo), and really adds to the gradual build up here. Sublime is a very good word, and the wacky synth solo is great. Loved it!

Cheers,

Quote from: Flash Harry on November 16, 2009, 07:02:45 AMI should point out that I mastered it. In mono the first time and was roundly rebuked for doing so. Tim was very indignant that his carefully crafted stereo chiming acoustics had been flattened and the image had been destroyed......

Well, you old duffers need to understand that stereo has been around for a while, and should be used whenever possible!!  ;D (I kid - The mastering job was great!)

This goes with Camera and Man on Fire - Two of my other fav's.

Sweeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!!
