Listen to Mp3 and ?RECORD? track at one time? Yes or No?

I understand the micro's able to playback Mp3's while a guitar plays along with it, but can I record that guitar separate from the mp3 simultaneously?

you can import the mp3 into a song, using 2 tracks to keep it stereo then with two remaining tracks add guitar or whatever.
