Has anyone tried the Boss BA-CS10 microphone for their MicroBR?

bluesberry's got it and used it on some recordings. I'm sure he'll give a link when he get's on !

Sounds good, many uses a Sony stereo mic with good results, I have a cheap Yoga mic that sounds ok.

Search for "mic test" or "stereo mic" and you'll probably find some examples. As far as I remember I've recorded Blackbird and an original "Walking in the city" + a couple more with my stereo mic

Yeah, I have one of these, I find it to be a real nice mic.  It records acoustic very well, very sensitive.  I use mine a lot to record myself when I play acoustic and sing at the same time, works really well.  Here is a song I did this way, set the microBR up on a bookshelf with the stereo mic plugged in, turn on the plug-in power and sing and pay, recording into a stereo pair of tracks.  Then I recorded a second track with just harmonica and mastered with Live mix and thats it.  Seems to sound pretty good.

Hi BB, I take it this mic has the small jack plug for the Micro, Could it still be used through a harmony machine using jack plug adapters........Alex

Hey Alex, it has the 1/8 inch jack, but it also needs plug-in power which the microBR supplies, you can't just plug it into anything, it needs that power.
