I had recorded a bass track which is a bit thin with not alot of bottom...
How can i take this recorded track-simply,hopefully- and EQ it to bring out the bottom?
Any suggestions welcome.

PS:It's pretty amazing that i can often get simple solutions to questions that the manual takes forever to address..!

Hi - I'm assuming your read this

After recording, you will have to bounce the new effects into another track. Before you do this you have to understand how the insert effects work - This is explained a few pages into section 3. I'm not near my manual, so I cant direct you to the exact spot. There are diagrams to show you.

After understanding that, you have to use the LOC feature to apply EQ/Effects to the track you are bouncing. GT and MC are mono, and LIN/EXT are stereo. Ted has a tutorial on stereo effects in ..... Tutorials!! This will get you rockin' on how to use the LOC feature.

Hope that helped,
