regarding the soundclick box, you will first have to open an account with soundclick (its free) upload your music to there.when you click play at soundclick the player will open in its own window. in the address bar at top of page you will find the page address which will look like this.http://www.soundclick.com/player/single_player.cfm?songid=8308891&q=hi   copy the seven digit number.
now back to boss br page, click on the soundclick icon. two bracketed words will show on the page. now paste the seven digit number inbetween the two bracketed words.
thats it. when you upload the post it will be there.
