This is track #6 from my new album "Stray". It features a very 20th century highlight....a REAL drummer!!! (Bill Peterson) John Seaver on bass and Pinecat James on parrot vox and keys.

Cosmic Train

Late one night outside of town
people throwin' notes around
noone knows just what they found
but it made a scary sound

Now those boys they're not the same
some folks say this song's to blame
But it ain't no crime and it ain't no shame

Now this is bouncing right along. LOL  Nice and monstery, just in time for Halloween.!!  You guys are great!!  Live drums that would be nice. Great job!!

Thanks Wiley...it was fun to do. As alot of folks here know, playing in a band can have some real down sides...but when it clicks, it's a ball.

Hey Satch...thanks for listening...and good ear! I did a lead with my guitar but it didn't work. We asked Jimmy to take a lead on the keyboard and play something scary...as a joke he did the Munster's theme and we loved it! It was a wrap!

I chose two songs from my new album to do videos to...this was one of them. Amateur stuff for sure but fun.

Happy Halloween!!

Great fun 60's vibe here, its like something from Love or one of those mid 60's California jam bands.  Really nicely recorded, great keyboards, seriously well recorded.  This is a professional sounding song.  I can dig it P-dog.

Oh and by the way your avatar fits the season perfectly.  If I saw that going across the moon for real. I would be running for cover. LOL

I agree BB: this has a great 60s sound. Cheezetastic organ!

Reminds me of Question Mark & the Mysterians, Sam the Sham & the Pharoahs, or the Seeds. Love that sound!

Great job, Pinedog and friends.

Oh wow that brings back a memory, Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs.  LOL  All I can think of is "Let me tell you bout Ahab the Arab..." LOL Maybe we should all do some goofy greats for a change.

Thanks for the comments gang...i guess the 60's vibe is in me to stay and influences, at least subconsciously, all my music i some way. Never heard of "Love" BB but boy if that doesn't smack of a 60's band name  :D and Cuthbert...that "cheezetastic" solo was done on a truly cheezey little plastic thing about a foot long with multi colored buttons on it. It looked like a childs toy...in fact, maybe it was!
I used to dig The Seeds... 8)
