Drums!!

Yeah I found a few layers of drum trax helps.
I often just use the the straight verse track the first time thru, changing to the odd turn-around in real time and then add other tracks and kits as an overlay.
Sometimes there's a very slight delay that adds to it but I haven't figured out why it does that.

Is it worth giving that a go?  How does it compare in ease of use and sound compared to the Micro BR?  I'm guessing you could just run the drum machine through the guitar input on the BR?

It sure is! :) And you could try what we said... Layer the drums...
Record one track through the guitar input (or  the stereo input :D)
And then experiment with different effects on the drums! Compressor and EQ would be cool! :D

I use PC Drummer. A bit fiddly but with some time and patience you get some good results :)
