this is the beaches at morar not far away from the previous pic, it looks like somewhere tropical, the white sand is actually crushed sea shells crushed by the power of the sea, it might look tropical but the water is bloody freezing brrrrr all year round.

a beautiful spot, i used to holiday in morar and mallaig as a teenager on fishing trips with my late father, lots of fond memories of a beautiful place.

That white beach is surreal.  Scottland is one of the places id love to know more about.
The mountains (or hills?) remind me of Braveheart.

I can see how that wide open country would have an effect on man.  Lots of pondering Id imagine.
