Analog synth, yes!  Lots of fun sounds here and a very clever job by launched adapting and going with it. The vocals sound great!

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Wow Mark, you really turned this into a flippin cool cool song !!!

Great job taking Gritter's space madness and writing lyrics and a tune - the drums and rhythm guitar fit perfect!  I really like the fx on your voice and the backing vox !  - how did you do that?

Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments - This was a fun one! Hats off to Sandy for starting it all! I bit for this one because analog synths have a nice natural sound - Noise and hum included.

Satch - I used chorus only #6 patch for this one, doubletracked. The changes I made to the patch were to enable the preamp, speaker simulation and noise suppression. I also enabled delay at around 12ms. On the preamp side, I droped the bass eq down to about 12,and the mid down a couple notches as well. I have a naturally muddy sounding voice so those settings helped clean it up a little. There were six total tracks of vocals.

Thanks guys!!
