Can I copy a track between songs?

I want to use a track, let's say a sound effect track, and get it from song001 to song002. Any way to do it INSIDE the MBR? I know that I can export to my PC, and import to MBR.

Also, the Import feature allows you to select a track to import, but does it allow you to somehow select which song you are importing to, or is it simply to the current song selected on the MBR?

You could convert it to a MP3 then, import that mp3 to the destination song. Should work
I believe the import function deals only with the selected song
