this song has been through a heavy dose of bosckoschwartisis. between the three of us there have been umpteen mixes so i gathered up all the bits redid the vox but it wisnae right , i then trawled my pc archives and ended up using the very 1st vocal i did which was done on the hoof stream of thought, everything was initialy recorded on our various mcrobrs one in london one in glasgow and one in norway. i then imported the various bits into cubase  added compression, delay and reverb to geirs backing vox, compressed and added delay to my vox, then mixed and mixed till my ears bled, this might be a final mix, for now anyway.

First off, what a great song guys, out of the park.  I think I like the U-Tube version, it seems the vocals are crisper, clearer in the mix.  I don't know it just seems a little clearer mixwise.  Either way, sublime stuff guys.  I'm impressed.

This is really growing on me. Didn't do much for me the first listen.  The video really helped me understand what it's about. Now it's going on the PiePod.

What a cool song!  Initial impression is the guitar and vocals have more top end in the second one, they sound a bit more harsh in that mix.  Im listening through laptop speakers though.

I liked them both!!  I am just listening on pc speaker though.  But I would hate to have to decide.

Internet conection here not good enough to play the YouTube one, so can't tell. The few snippets I get seem to be a bit of a clearer mix as far as the giutars are concerned (they are a bit middly in the first version). It's a lovely gentle piece, really enjoyed it.
