Another great tune tune and production Bob. You've definitely got the right voice for this music.

Has a little bit of a "Thin Lizzy" feel to it... and that ain't a bad thang!

Getting fired sucks, but it does tend to spur some great tunes.

Hope things are going better for you now.

Thanks, Vann.

I wrote this riff when I was listening to a lot of UFO, Michael Schenker, and Thin Lizzy, among others. Basically, the mid- to late 70s, early 80s guitar rock era. There's a lot of great music made during that time, which I've only recently (within the past 3 years) discovered thanks to Sirius radio (Buzzsaw 19, now Boneyard). The lyrics have been dancing around in my head for a couple of months and are directed straight toward my former boss (and cousin!).

So far the only good thing to come out of being fired is this trilogy of songs: Don't Worry For Me, Suddenly (Life Happens), and Mind Your Business. Not to mention the free time available to actually get all these ideas out of my head and shared with you all. I just started computer training, which is being paid for by the State of New Jersey through the Unemployment program, and which is partially funded by President Obama's stimulus package - so AFAIC, he's doing a hell of a job so far. Hopefully, when I come out on the other side of all this, I'll be much more marketable, and much less dispensible.

Thanks, again. Stay tuned, as I have two more that are in various stages of completion, and will be finished in my free time away from school and the daily grind.

Really cool tune Bob!! Glad I caught this one. It's good you are getting back on track with the computer training. Been a rough past couple of years, aint it? It's time for the good times to roll again!! (Whoever had those... :D)

Keep rockin' bro!!!

I like the way you told your boss to mind his business. You sing it like you mean it. And that is great. What gives song the best is the emotion. lOL Great job!!

Bob Iles

Thanks, Wiley. It definitely came from the heart.

Kinda like one of Bob Dylan's old protest songs from the 1960's,
But supercharged UFO style.
Loved it!
