I was a little taken back by the heavy part in the middle, but on second listen, I think I get it.
I would almost like to see this as two completely separate songs.

First of all, Vann - Thanks for listening!! And twice - The biggest compliment of them all!!

I'm pretty sure we were expecting to get this comment at some point, and my only explanation is what Tharek said, "Infatuation is [can be] the start of something bad". We had to do the "something bad" part!!! And, of course, life goes back to normal and everything is peaceful again 

Taken aback is what we wanted  But I can't speak for all of us...

Two problems though - Mark, tut tut, see what happens when you stray from the true MBR path, stuff gets sucked through a DAW wormhole. And the major problem - I CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT!! When I try, I just get a quick time player, no download. I want this on my PC and mp3 player and the site is not letting me do it. What's going on?

That is so funny!! I knew I had this coming, too! At least I was honest - And I really did pine over the decision for quite a while before moving to the dark side.

I'm paying my pennance by working on an all MBR number this weekend. A buddy of mine is visiting this weekend to jam a little. And then on Sunday, we are going to see Them Crooked Vultures!!! I'm stoked!

Anyway, thanks for the great compliments. You are an inspiration to all of us and a hero of mine that's for sure!!

Thank you for all kind comments. This was a new high for me, 5 people collaborating on one song. I'm really glad we took the time to do this and a BIG thank you to Mark for holding this together, and taking on the task of putting this all together.
