You guys are truly for real!!!  Here it might me beef hearts and tongue.  I don't mind beef and pork liver. I will admit I might try anything once. But I have watched Fear Factor to much. I don't think I could handle the bugs. etc. Couldnt' get past the crunch.

Offal is seen as sub-standard food in the U.K.........

It was the staple diet of the generation before us.......

And with good reason.....

Offal often represents the most flavoursome morsels of the animal we are eating.....

These parts were revered in times past for this attribute!

Now every time I go to the local butchers shop for such a product, the shop keep asks what kind of dog I have...


Sorry to any non-meat eaters out there.... It's just what I like to eat.........

me and my girls love grilled octopus, hit with a hammer for a few hours to tenderise it

Had some octopus at a Greek restaurant a while back.

They must have only hit it with a hammer for 1/2 hour because it tasted just like chicken - A RUBBER CHICKEN!
