pedals with micro br

being a newby using micro br can anyone tell me if it is ok to link up guitar pedals to it.

For sure, run through pedals and then into Guitar in, just watch for the COSM effects settings in your microBR.  If you are running through a pod or some other amp modeler, you probably want to set effects to OFF, If running through a OD pedal, you may want to have amp gain set low, etc.  I have run a wah pedal in front with great results and a compression pedal sometimes.  Another thing you can do is go from line out to amp and use it like a multi-effects pedal.
