first recording

so far love the br but have a dumb question.i have one song on unit that has not been bounced or mastered.will i loose this the next time i power up the br?i know songs can be protected but i'm wondering say i just wanted to use the unit for practice today could i do that or start a new song and still be able to save first recording for later work or is song protect the only way to go.thanx.

you will not lose it-as you record or make changes, it will save the song (unless it's protected)
you can also press rec and stop to save it as well
