Thank you so much for all the positive reactions & comments.
All from Senior &  Hero members!
We're both deeply touched by your kind words & comments, really.

As an update related to our musical evolution & a way to "embrace" the "now moment", we're currently waiting for the arrival of a new musical tool that we will be using in our live gigs as we'll get used to it:
Digitech Jamman Live looper + the FS3X foot switch.

We're exited about that as it will allow to experience & add "more colors" to our live performances through the use of other instruments we also play & love not counting the layering of more vocals improvisations.

From our experience, the blessing, beauty & challenge of "Live" performances are the fact that people knowingly or knowingly become an intimate part of the performance. Always brings us to the "next level" if we allow it to be.

A practical experience in "oneness" with the universe.

Why are we there for anyway, right?

Blessings to you all from both of us!

Georges & Cerika

P.S.
As a gift to you, please feel free to listen to a great lecture about "The Flowering of Human Consciousness" by our good friend Eckhart Tolle who also lives here on SaltSpring Island. It's all about the sharing of consciousness not at all different then what is literally & concretely happening daily here in the Br forums: Love, sharing & more consciousness:

Nice job here and I admire your philosophy as well (although I have to admit I like dark, threatening music as much as uplifting stuff, sorry!). Great playing for a live recording. Keep doing more of ths with the MBR!

Cheers,

Really enjoying your music! It is real cool the way you are recording and producing your live stuff so well with so little equipment. Do you go into the mixing console with your mics and instruments and then directly into the stereo input of the Micro BR?

Good stuff. Hi from Comox, Vancouver Island. Maybe we'll see you around sometime. Did you get to the Courtenay Musicfest?

Hi M_Glenn_M,
We 're relatively new to SaltSpring.
After almost 4 years of touring in the USA with our Bus & van, we decided to "try" SaltSpring Island BC as a new destination and possibly as an eventual "base" here in BC.
We "landed" on SaltSpring at the very end of July, 2009 where we're still gigging & also exhibiting our "Bohemian Arts" pieces.
As for the Courtenay Musicfest, we were probably a little late for that.
Do you know who we should contact over there?
Would be nice to have someone that could work as our agent in that area.
Are you familiar with who's booking music in your area?

Thanks again to all for all the positive response we're getting from this wonderful forum.

Yes, recording was done through a Yamaha MG124C 12 input console.
Stereo Rec out went to stereo line in of MicroBR.

Mastering was done using Reaper 2.58 which we highly recommend. Most versatile, user friendly & affordable audio piece of software on the market.
Check it out. You will notice that their "business model" is of the highest order. The whole community supporting it is also awesome. If you want to learn more about audio recording, you owe it to yourself to check their forums even if you don't use the software.

Also, for us the other high quality place for anything related to audio, recording & mastering would be the Yahoo Group AW4416 which is centered around Yamaha's AW4416's family of recorders. The people over there are amazing both for their knowledge, experience & generosity. We did participate with one original song of ours in one of that group double CD production. Songs from different users were assembled and mastered by Ronny Morris, the Group moderator who also happens to be one of the best Mastering engineer on this planet in our own opinion.

We also own a Yamaha AW4416 which is a truly awesome piece of equipment but...when you're constantly on the road in conditions & places that are most of the time less than optimal, nothing  beats the fact that you can simply grab the MicroBR, stash it in your guitar case & go do & record your gig with it. Makes the difference between capturing or NOT these elusive "magic moments". After a while you & everyone else just "forget" that you're recording. The MicroBR is so small, portable and discrete. Its audio quality (CD quality) is fine if all your levels are set up properly.

Europe is in our plans and we'd love to meet you in person.

We heard (Rodrigo & Gabriella) that Ireland at least has one of the best busking scene in Europe.

What about Scotland?
