Is there anyway around posting a file that is to large  short of shortening it.

You may be able compress it to a lower bit rate, at the sacrifice of quality.

Or post it elsewhere, and then post the link here.

Just load the MP3 and save it at a lower bitrate like Cuthbert said. You will find other uses for it too.....
