Bounce tracks

This has prob been asked a million times but i want to record more than 4 tracks.. just for backup vocal etc.. i have read the manual but its very confusing and im impatient. .. can someone please show me a diagram or something so i can get started.. much appreciated guys... cheers

As 64 says, it's about "Bouncing".  The combining of the 4 tracks into 2 so that you have 2 left over to work with.
It's really worth it and one of the basics of this device and the recording industry in general.
