Hello my friends!

I wrote these lyrics (it is a poem, originally) about 15 years ago. Now I found those chords which I have tried to fit to different lyrics. Finally, I put these together and here is a new song. I have made several versions of this and this one I recorded at my cottage (outdoors) a few weeks ago. Simple acoustic...

I came back from Lapland a week ago and there I wrote a new song. It is also ballad and I tried to "change" it more "rock" by BR-1200, but then the lyrcis and my vox doesn't fit to it. So, my BR-1200 debut will be somewhere in the future...

Really nice! Good tones, I like your voice. I can really hear some folks sitting around a fire- late evening, late summer.

Beautifull composition!  Would you happen to have the poem translated into english?

Thanks!

I have considered sometimes to translate my lyrics, but is a bit difficult to me. If among you is a volunteer to help me, so I can send a pm and make a draft about it/them in English. I may also sing them in English. My pronouncing is better than my grammar:-).

I tried attache a picture (insert image-button) about the situation when I recorded this one, but I didn't manage to do it...?

The (Insert Image) button isn't for attaching images. It's for linking to images that are stored elsewhere on the web. To attach an image from your hard drive, click "Additional Options", then "Browse".

Thanks to everyone!

Geir:

There was just MBR and my 32 years old nylon stringed guitar. On first track I recorded waves, but I mastered them very low. On the second track is guitar and vox. I think this was good enough with balance (voice vs gtr). On third track I put another guitar and double vocals on third verse and chorus. On fourth there's a little bit guitar as a 'spice'. All this happened on my front yard a few meters from the shore.

By the way, I'm very pleasd with my new rechargealbe (2850 mAh batteries). They'll last and last...
