Was browsing through some backup discs and came across this. It is my daughter Shannon, while back ... think she would have been about 10, 12 now, going on 19 

Anyway. Her song, she wrote it with no help from me at all. She sings, I play as she was having some trouble strumming it as she wanted and singing at the same time.

She has not been playing much, but has just demanded an acoustic for Xmas, turns out she did not like playing electric, which means I get her Ibanez

Dont think I have posted it here before, meant to, but forgot. Doing it now as I am hoping for a renewal of interest, and some more cool songs like this to follow

Deposit is paid mate  Just hope she stays with it this time. I put her off as I can see her potential and I pushed too hard trying to move her playing up a notch ... so it was not fun any more

Ahh, the talent I see. Wonderful. My folks, grandparents and everyone around me are/were tonedeaf, so I never got the pleasure of playing with any family members. Being able to play with your kids is so cool.

Yes I agree launched.  I was the odd ball that popped up from no where.  My Dad likes to sing. and likes music. But thats as far as it goes.  Would be fun to have a whole family thing going on.  Would love to hear her now. She was so on key with her voice then.  She must be awesome now.!!
