I just laid down a few tracks then messed with the rhythm arrangement\edit (pretty cool) and then tryed to do a master and export. I just used default settings on everything. I then used audacity to make the mp3. I wasn't real happy with it any suggestions on the mix would be greatly app. later

Geir

Pretty cool imho!!!

You sure have the skills!! Would be even better with some more vocals on it !
You also could try doubling the rhythm guitar and panning the two takes left right to open the mix up a bit.

But a very good first post as it is !! Looking forward to hear more !!

Oh well ........

I think you should be really happy with this one. Great driving force, powerful with cool vocals & solo work.

I agree with Geir - Double up the rhythm track and pan a little. More vocals, too!! The distorted chanting is really cool, but you might want to try a cleaner contrast to balance it out some.

You have some unique and innovative ideas here - Keep it up!!

Great first post!

I thought the mix was good. You've balanced the instruments well. You might try experimenting with different drums kits. A heavier drum kit might give this a little more oomph. How did you do the vocals?

I like it  8) 8)---sounds like a soundtrack for the likes of CSI
or another TV theme

-I  mean that in the best possible way - 8) 8)
actually the lead to me sounds nice cos it does'nt dominate the tune -
cheers

Welcome Trmunion,

As others here have pointed out - panning the two guitars will chnage the dynamics a little. Maybe add a little delay to the gtrs and rhythm before you master it.

A damn good first post though. You will just get better the more you screw a round with the BR600.

It ain't pretty being easy.
