Something a little different - along the lines of Numb, but without any satched-up guitars.

This is part 1 of a longer piece that I'm working on - that's why it's only 2:15 long.

Thats a seriously Interesting and Skilled sound you Got Going There.

I Like the way the Confusing start Melts away into Resolve.

Quantum-tastic Tommy!

Don't you live in Phoenix? I'd expect "Summers End" to be more celebratory.

I like it! This song takes me several places at once.  There are Dire Straits moments, Del Shannon moments, and hints of The Shadows.

On the production: The levels of rhythm guitars compete with the lead, and nearly drown it. And I'd really like to hear some bass on this--nothing flashy, just a solid bottom.

I love where you are going with these recent posts - very technical but mellow. The drum patterns you picked worked well with the song, too.

Satchtastic!!

Thanks for listening & commenting Tony, Mr T, Ted, Mark, & Jim!!!

Thanks for your production improvement comment Ted, I agree - I need to revamb this a bit and clean it up, add bass, and then move on to Part 2.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

wow Tommy this is just fantastic. the chord progression i love..it has a classical feel.
if i had your skill with the guitar i would bring part 1 down into a slow mellow part 2
then .....full on Satchwood for part 3 ....but hell what do i know.

Yes I really like the progressions also.  Just a total great concept. Cant wait till you get it exactly the way you want.   A bottom end would be nice. But I don't know otherwise I really like it.   Yup lead up to Satchwood 2 & 3. lOL
