Here in Argentina we used to say "hasta siempre" like saying good bye, is a way to salute to somebody and wishing to see it anytime, like if you will not see that person anymore.
The lyrics fits very well with that meaning or the word to word translation.
ORH, i'm here allways, i read a lot but i'm not doing so much musically, except for Mulligan!!!
