this is the fourth collaboration with Damián Lértora from argentina, in three days.

the original instrumental piece damian sent was called hasta siempre spent ages trying to translate this title and best i could come up with was until always, couldnt do anything with that so changed it to until forever and it wrote itself.

When I first saw the song name I thought you were going to do "Hasta Siempre" from
Carlos Puebla - tribute to the "Che" Guevara...

Your translation does fit the rest of the lyrics - sometimes it is hard to translate spanish into english - especialy if you try a straight translation word for word w/out the sentiment/feeling...  straight translation would have been = until always...

So, you have done right by translating it "until forever" --- "we wait in hope - until forever".

Don't want you to change the song, but another way could have been --- always, until forever...

i hadnt heard this song but when i googled the phrase that came up still havent heard it but knowing wot the song was about it influenced the lyric.
