Thanks Alot Lubo!!  A messed around and experimented with the MBR
since this past Feb. I learn something new each time. This song consisted of about 4 guitar tracks all Panned and slightley a different guitar patch used to get a rich full sound, Also I used a Percussionn shaker and a Metal triangle.
I bought them at guitar center here in NJ a day before.  Everything was done on the MBR I didn't edit them on the computer at all.Keep Recording and experiment with the MBR. Iam looking forward to hearing some of your Stuff!

Ah, a triangle!! I want sleighbells bad, but they're $65. They sound awesome, though. Percussion makes everything better!

Hey Jim , great cover mate , Beatles rule still
"Norwegian Wood is a common term when referring to marijuana. The song is basically about a guy that goes to this girl's house, smokes a bunch of joints, and passes out in the tub. And when he wakes up to see that she isn't there, he sparks up another joint, hence the line "So I lit a fire, isn't it good, Norwegian Wood." The "fire" is the end of the joint.
BTW Wiley , Norwegian Wood is a place in London where Paul McCartney used to live

Wow, a marijuana, reference, I never knew that.
I also thought about sleighbells too, I think I can use some of my Christmas Stuff that I have in my basement to make that Happen, 65 dollars is a little steep!!  LOL

Quote from: Geir on September 01, 2009, 05:15:33 PMI think that in the 60s actual Norwegian wood was quite popular in homes in brittain. 'It still is in Norway, at least in cabins. My cabin (in which many of my songs are written and recorded) is quite but not entirely made of Norwegian wood ;D

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought Norwegian wood was what you get when you see Norwegian-born actress Natassia Malthe:o  ;)

LOL ... well I guess I'm the only one here that actually will have real Norwegian Wood then ;)
