This is just a bit of arpeggio practice that turned into a bit of a jam (in both the musical sense and the 'nothing is going anywhere' sense!). This electric guitar thing is darn difficult. When am I going to sound like AndyR? 
If the human brain was simple enough for us to understand, we'd be so simple, we couldn't...

Well, for a practice I thought it sounded pretty darn good!  I am in the process of working on learning how to incorporate arpegios with other scales, but my fingers do not work/want to cooperate --- hard to play thinking that I need speed to sound good.

From this, I would say there is a shed load of pride to be felt in sounding like "you"!

I don't know why YOU would want to sound like anyone else!!  You are so talented  I would like to be able to play like YOU!! This is great even if just practicing.  But I like all of your stuff. Even the punk. LOL

I know what an arpeggio is ... but that's about it :)

Stick with it, and once you have it mastered you can tell me how to do it .... sounds just fine to me so far.
