Sorry I thought I answered this earlier today ....
All sounds are made by guitar and vox. + a digitech whammy:

Bass is using the whammy as an octaver (pitch-shifting 1 oct down). The "synth"-sounds are made by using the +2 oct setting and waggeling the pedal. The outro solo I kept it in the +2 oct position and played on the deep E A and D strings. The tremolo is used in combination with a +1 oct setting on the whammy.
