This is a first stab at a patch to turn the built-in mic into a Shure Green Bullet for a Chicago Harp sound. The Green Bullet was a mic used by cab dispatchers. Shure revived it during the Blues revival in the 80s. It has a pronounced midrange and a fairly smooth natural distortion.

This is a guitar patch, but you set the Input to Mic. Cup the harmonica in both hands to mute it and play from about 6 inches back from the built-in Mic.

Thank you. This is fantastic

Tony

I know this is a bit old but I'm new to the list and I've only just come across this thread.  Just wanted to say thanks.  Not only does this give me a great harmonica sound to mess with, it also has me thinking about playing with the set up of the other effects.  Double thanks.

And I'm even newer  ::) but I just had to compliment you on this patch for bluesharp and as Bluesberry have shown in Friday night acoustic this patch really cuts through the mix in a blues and brings out that raw power of the harp !!
