Yeah, what's a DAW?

I'm really glad y'all (as we say here) like the song. The 1st verse is actually a true story. I met an inmate in a prison (I was visiting) who had an incredible outlook on life and his purpose in it. He died a while back while still confined, but the inspiration of his life lives on in many people, including me.

I stumbled across your clips on youtube a while back when I was checking out the BR600. You're a great song writer and each one of yours I come across makes me more of a fan.

I agree with the comments vox are great and could be brought forward a bit but the overall production is well done. You can tell a lot of care and hard work has gone into it.

I feel the same way myself, but keep at it, because you have a very good, appealing, full of character voice that compliments your original songs very very well.  This is another gem of yours, you are telling stories here, real true stories.  Your connection with the lyrics is very strong, I feel everything you are singing about.  This is a very well written song.  I am impressed!!!!!!

Although I feel the same way about my singing, and I am pushing myself to do it more often => your vocals are very good and defiently compliment your music!  If I could just be able to take my feelings and thoughts that I use to compose songs and put them in writing...  you do an excellent job with your song writing Rick, and your messages/stories have such a good thought provoking after-taste!  Thanks for sharing!!!
